Applicable Law

The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.

Responsability

Humman's liability for the condition, quality, and quality of the products is limited to liability under the Consumer Protection Act and/or any other applicable law. Humman is limited to the replacement and/or repair of the products. Humman is not liable if the instructions provided regarding the installation of a product have not been followed or for any damage resulting from misuse or lack of maintenance and care of the items. Humman's liability to any person or entity for loss or damage (consequential or otherwise) caused by or resulting from a failure, defect, or deficiency is limited to the minimum amount required by law.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content, its information, product designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, images, logos, text and other materials published on this website and other media are the intellectual property of Humman and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, database and other intellectual property rights and similar proprietary rights including, without limitation, all rights in materials, works, methods, techniques, technical information, trademarks, the style or presentation of the goods or services, creations, inventions or improvements or additions to an invention, confidential information, know-how and any related research efforts of Humman, moral rights and any similar rights in any country (whether registered or unregistered and including applications and the right to apply for them anywhere in the world) and intellectual property rights in and to the material and content supplied as part of this document shall remain the property of Humman and/or its licensors. Any infringement will be prosecuted.
