Estimated delivery

Best-selling products are typically kept in stock and available for shipping within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times indicated are approximate and do not include shipping time. Any pickup date or time is non-binding, so claims for failure to ship or make available for pickup on the indicated date and time will not be accepted. The estimated delivery time for a custom order will be included in the order confirmation. Delivery times apply once the conditions established for custom orders have been met.

Shipping

Humman offers several shipping services and will only deliver to pre-arranged addresses. This service can be quoted upon request. Unless otherwise indicated, packaging is cardboard, and orders may be grouped or palletized. Any potential claims associated with shipping must be notified to the carrier in writing, noting the damage.

Delivery

Acknowledgment of receipt by the customer or carrier of the goods is prima facie evidence of receipt. Upon receiving the products, you must immediately inspect them to confirm that they comply with the order. You must notify Humman within 3 days of receiving the products of any claim for incorrect delivery or non-compliance with the terms. If the products cannot be supplied due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Humman must notify you as soon as possible and may cancel the order or offer alternative products, but is not obligated to supply the missing products at that time. Notification of any damage must be made in writing within 5 days of delivery, providing images of the packaging and damage.

Packaging

Our products are appropriately packaged to protect the product and withstand the shipping conditions for each case. To simplify shipping or reduce packaging volume, some products in the same order may be grouped together. Any special packaging needs must be communicated in advance. Humman reserves the right to modify packaging dimensions or weights without prior notice. Unless otherwise indicated, orders may be grouped or palletized for shipping.
