This document establishes the terms and conditions of Humman brand products and services.

Pricing

All prices shown are recommended retail prices in Costa Rican colones and include VAT, without any discounts. Quotes are valid for a period of 30 calendar days unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in exchange rates, raw material costs, etc.

Promotions

Any published promotion is valid only during the stated validity period. Promotions will be published exclusively through official Humman communication channels. Humman reserves the right to terminate promotions before their expiration date if deemed necessary. Any quote that includes a promotional product will be valid within the duration of the promotion.

Purchase Order

A purchase order is approved when the customer provides written notice of acceptance of the offer to purchase goods or services and agrees to the current terms and conditions of sale. Humman may issue a quote for the supply of goods and services; however, this is not binding, and no claim may be made for failure to supply the goods in accordance with the quote or offer. An order may only be modified or canceled if expressly accepted by Humman. Cancellations of orders for custom-made or personalized products are not accepted.

Payments

Humman's standard terms require full payment of the order prior to shipment. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required before production begins, and full payment is required prior to shipment. If you pay for products with a credit card other than those approved, an additional fee representing the transaction cost may be charged. Regular customers and distributors may request credit terms. Humman reserves the right to grant, cancel, or change credit terms and limits at its sole discretion and may request full payment upfront for specific orders. For authorized distributors, a 60% deposit and payment of the balance are required for shipment of products. If you have an outstanding amount and it is not paid by the payment due date, Humman may charge interest on the outstanding amount at a penalty rate, calculated monthly (prorated), with interest added to the outstanding amount on the first day of each month until the outstanding amount is paid in full. If you have an approved business account with Humman and are in arrears under the agreed terms, the money owed to Humman becomes immediately due and payable. If you breach these terms, in addition to the amount owed, Humman may claim all costs associated with collecting that amount, including legal and debt collection fees.

Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to a purchase order are subject to Humman's acceptance and may cause delays in costs and delivery times. Order cancellations are only accepted in writing and may incur a cancellation fee of up to 60% of the order value. Any deposit paid on a custom or personalized order will not be refunded. Cancellations are not accepted once the product has been shipped.

Custom Orders

Any custom order is subject to Humman's approval. Approval is not a guarantee of suitability, and Humman is not responsible for its performance. All custom orders require a 50% deposit of the order value.

Invoicing

The invoice must be requested on the same day the purchase order is created, or by the 25th of the current month at the latest. To request an invoice, you must provide your identification number and the minimum information required for the electronic invoice. The electronic invoice will be issued within a period of at least 48 hours and no later than the last day of the current accounting month. For special VAT-related terms to apply, the corresponding documents must be submitted.

Incoterms

Prices indicated are EXW, delivered ex works. If you require a quote with a different Incoterm or other terms, please contact your sales agent for a quote for the specific service. If the customer delays delivery by more than 20 calendar days, Humman may dispose of the products pending rescheduling of production. In this case, delivery dates will be adjusted in accordance with the current terms.

Others

Any typographical errors or accidental omissions in the documentation or information will be subject to correction without liability.
